Allison 1000 Transmission Builds:

Stock Rebuild - $3,850: Includes new frictions and steels, complete overhaul kit including all gaskets, seals and o-rings, new internal harness, internal and external spin-on filters and stock torque converter. This build is offered to bone stock vehicles only- no tuning exceptions.
***Any Allison behind a hotshot/ heavy-hauling truck will automatically get a billet input shaft added to build.


525 HP Build - $4,950: Includes new clutches and steels with custom machined pressure plates for extra clutches in select packs, complete overhaul kit including all gaskets, seals and o-rings, increased pressure, new internal harness, internal and external spin-on filters and triple disc converter. This build is offered for tune only trucks, best suited for daily drivers/ tow rigs that do absolutely NO racing or competitive pulling. NO 4x4 boosted launches.
***Any Allison behind a hotshot/ heavy-hauling truck will automatically get a billet input shaft added to build.


750 HP Build - $5,950: Includes new clutches and steels with custom machined pressure plates for extra clutches in entire transmission, complete overhaul kit including all gaskets, seals and o-rings, Transgo and Ratiotek hydraulic upgrades, new internal harness, internal and external spin-on filters and triple disc converter with extreme clutch upgrade. 

900 HP Build - $7,750: Includes new clutches and steels with custom machined pressure plates for extra clutches in entire transmission
, billet input shaft, billet output shaft, complete overhaul kit including all gaskets, seals and o-rings, Transgo and Ratiotek hydraulic upgrades, new internal harness, internal and external spin-on filters and triple disc converter with extreme clutch upgrade. 

Comp Build - $9,550: Includes new clutches and steels with custom machined pressure plates for extra clutches in entire transmission, billet input shaft, billet output shaft, billet P2 planet and C2 hub with machined sungear, complete overhaul kit including all gaskets, seals and o-rings, Transgo and Ratiotek hydraulic upgrades internally, new internal harness, internal and external spin-on filters and triple disc converter with extreme clutch upgrade.
***This build will be approved on a case by case basis before we do it and need to approve the truck's setup prior to confirming build.


4L80E Transmission Builds

Stock - $2,850: Includes new frictions and steels, new valve body separator plate, AFL valve bore reamed, new pressure regulator valve, new solenoids, new internal harness, new sprags, complete overhaul kit including all gaskets, seals and o-rings, new bushings fitted and sized, new bearings, filter and torque converter.

Stage 1 (600 HP) - $3,850: Includes new frictions and steels, 6 clutch direct pack, rollerized forward hub and output shaft, custom shift kit, AFL valve bore reamed, new pressure regulator valve, new solenoids, new internal harness, new sprags, 
complete overhaul kit including all gaskets, seals and o-rings, new bushings fitted and sized, new bearings, filter and billet single disc torque converter.
 
Stage 2 (1000 HP) - $4,450: Includes new frictions and steels, 6 clutch direct pack
, billet input shaft and forward hub, rollerized gear train, custom shift kit, AFL valve bore reamed, new pressure regulator valve, new solenoids, new internal harness, new sprags, complete overhaul kit including all gaskets, seals and o-rings, new bushings fitted and sized, new bearings, filter and torque converter- can be a billet single disc or non-lockup converter depending on application.

*Can be upgraded to an Extreme Automatics billet transbrake valve body for $900 additional.

Stage 3 (Competition)  - $5,550: Includes new frictions and steels, 6 clutch direct pack
, billet input shaft, forward hub, intermediate shaft and overdrive planet, rollerized gear train, custom shift kit, AFI valve bore reamed, new pressure regulator valve, new solenoids, new internal harness, new sprags, complete overhaul kit including all gaskets, seals and o-rings, new bushings fitted and sized, new bearings, filter and and torque converter- can be a billet single disc or non-lockup converter depending on application.

*Can be upgraded to an Extreme Automatics billet transbrake valve body for $900 additional.
 
*If going over 7100RPM, we highly recommend an aftermarket direct drum with 36 element sprag. We use and suggest ATI's aluminum drum for $965 additional.
 
**We do NOT use triple disc torque converters for ANY gas build. If you are having a 4L80E build to go behind a Duramax, please contact us prior for a custom quote as the transmission is set up differently for diesel applications.

6L80/ 6L90 Transmission Builds

Stock - $4,450:
 Includes new frictions and steels, updated valve body separator plate, Sonnax zip kit, machined bellhousing/ pump assembly, machined stator, complete overhaul kit including all gaskets, seals and o-rings, billet piston converter and updated TCM tuning to adjust pressure, shift timing and TCC lockup schedule.


Stage 1 (550 HP) - $5,650: Includes new frictions and steels with one extra in the 35R and 456 pack, updated valve body separator plate, Sonnax zip kit, machined bellhousing/ pump assembly, machined stator, complete overhaul kit including all gaskets, seals and o-rings and billet triple disc converter. 
*Build requires reputable tuning, recommendations are available. We do our best to set clearances loose to accommodate for multiple tuning strategies, transmission will not be warrantied if it fails due to bad tuning.

Stage 2 (700 HP) - $6,550: Includes Circle D friction and steel kit, billet intermediate shaft, updated valve body separator plate, Sonnax zip kit, machined bellhousing/ pump assembly, machined stator, complete overhaul kit including all gaskets, seals and o-rings and billet triple disc converter. *Build requires reputable tuning, recommendations are available. We do our best to set clearances loose to accommodate for multiple tuning strategies, transmission will not be warrantied if it fails due to bad tuning.

Stage 3 (1000 HP) - $7,550: Includes Circle D friction and steel kit, billet intermediate shaft setup for Powerglide clutches, billet output carrier, updated valve body separator plate, Sonnax zip kit, machined bellhousing/ pump assembly, machined stator, complete overhaul kit including all gaskets, seals and o-rings and billet triple disc converter. *Build requires reputable tuning, recommendations are available. We do our best to set clearances loose to accommodate for multiple tuning strategies, transmission will not be warrantied if it fails due to bad tuning.

*All early 2007/ 2008 6L80 builds require new $350 additional 1234/35r drum from GM. All 2009+ drums are welded in house.

**All prices above reflect reusing factory TEHCM in vehicle and installing new pressure switch seals. If vehicle has solenoid hard code stored, price will be subject to increase by cost of new TEHCM assembly and programming from GM.


***Billet output carrier is typically recommended for all vehicles over 750RWHP but have been known to break at lower power levels due to weight or improper tuning. We do not cover any hard part failures regardless of build.
